Muzi says the GPA should be rephrased as the Global Political Destroyer, as it’s destroying the MDC as a political party and giving ZPF more power to continue its illegal rule at the expense of millions of suffering Zimbabweans and; Watsetai says the new constitution will not reflect the people's will because of on-going widespread intimidation and violence in most rural areas of Zimbabwe.

Tanonoka Joseph Whande criticises the MDC for trying to censor the media over the broadcast of ZANU PF jingles, saying the party should be fighting for an independent, free media instead. He warns the MDC against mirroring ZANU PF’s control of what the media says and does not say.
On Behind the Headlines we have part 2 of the interview between Lance Guma and exiled Zimbabwean cricketer Henry Olonga. In 2003 Olonga and team mate Andy Flower wore black arm bands in a cricket World Cup match, to protest the death of democracy under Mugabe’s regime. Henry talks about that decision and also about the controversy that always surrounds mixing sport with politics, a topic discussed in full in his newly released autobiography, Blood Sweat and Treason.
Alex Bell speaks to the Executive Director of the Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights, Irene Petras. She talks about the state of Zimbabwe’s legal system and says critical institutional reforms appear not to be a priority for the unity government. Petras explains there is still no respect for the rule of law or the political will to address Zimbabwe’s culture of impunity.
