and Highlanders on Saturday

The much anticipated clash between Zimbabwe' soccer
heavyweights, Caps United and Highlanders is now definitely on after
British Embassy officials in Harare granted the two touring parties
Visas to fly into the UK on Friday.
The two teams will resume their fierce rivalry 10
000 km away from home when they clash at the 24 000 seat Bradford
Bulls Stadium in West Yorkshire on Saturday.
An elated Taru Simbi, one of the match organisers
told us the two teams will now be leaving Zimbabwe on Friday. 'It's
a tight schedule that we have. They will get here (England) Friday
evening and play the match on Saturday before embarking on the journey
back home Sunday,' said Simbi.
The historic match in Bradford, almost 300
km north of London, will be the first competitive friendly game
between two Premier Soccer League teams from Zimbabwe.
Both teams command a huge support base among Zimbabweans in the
UK and the organisers believe they could have a sell-out crowd on
Saturday. Directions to the stadium can be found on the following
website www.ZimEvents or on the Bradford Bulls website.
