Tomorrow (Thursday) a 79-year old widow, Mrs Hester Theron, of Friedenthal Farm, Beatrice will appear before the magistrate in Court 9, Rotten Row, Criminal Court, Harare. 

She will be facing sentencing and mitigation under the Gazetted Land (Consequential Provisions) Act. She is facing a mandatory eviction from her home of over 50 years.

Her crime is running a dairy farm to provide milk for Zimbabwe.
