They are work as rank marshals at most bus stations in Harare and police were given orders not to arrest them; while Murombedzi says ZPF is campaigning against the new constitution, mainly citing the rights of gay people as the reason people should vote No. But there is nothing like that in the draft constitution.

Tererai talks to Madock Chivasa from the National Constitutional Assembly (NCA) and the MDC-T parliamentary chief whip, Innocent Gonese. They discuss the current deadlock and political bickering over the constitutional reform exercise, which is blocking the road to a referendum and elections. Gonese said the GPA is clear that parliament takes over at this juncture and Mugabe cannot unilaterally disrupt the process and call elections. Chivasa blamed the lack of progress on the roadmap that defined the process, the GPA, saying the minute you involve political parties, you ignore the people.
