They have been bullying villagers, teaching children ZPF politics and sleeping with young girls. He urges the MDC to act now; while Godza says the Harare City council officials, with the help of ZPF, bought themselves new luxury cars. But the MDC led council, which has no power to run council affairs, is in charge of a city littered with filth and garbage as no bins are collected.

Election Watch with Tichaona Sibanda. Robert Mugabe’s wish to have elections in March next year seems to have been derailed by the COPAC deadlock between parties to the GPA. Simon Muchemwa, our correspondent, says that because of this its unlikely that a referendum on the new constitution will be held in the first quarter of 2013, as long as the stalemate drags on unresolved. That means that elections could not be held in March, unless Mugabe made a unilateral call to hold them.
