Alex Bell speaks to Amnesty International’s Mozambique researcher, Muluka-Anne Miti, about a new report on the state of prisons there, which has exposed how thousands of people are being detained without ever being found guilty of a crime. Miti explains how people are being locked up for months, and sometimes years, in squalid conditions without ever having committed a crime.
