This week Richard remembers the film, ‘Mugabe and The White African’ that was released in 2009. It’s a compelling documentary that charts the course of Mike Campbell and Ben Freeth seeking justice in the SADC human rights tribunal. The latest chapter in this drama occurred this week when Ben Freeth and Luke Tembani filed a challenge in the African Commission on Human Rights against the suspension of the SADC tribunal. There is a powerful message here in terms of being tenacious in pursuit of justice.
