  • Political & Economic analyst Bekithemba Mhlanga talks about ZANU PF’s response to the first draft of Zimbabwe’s new charter, which has been criticised as an attempt to sabotage the process. Mhlanga describes the demands made by ZANU PF as “ridiculous”, saying the people spoke through the outreach programme and “will punish” anyone who tries to ignore what they asked for in a new constitution. Mhlanga said he doubts that SADC and the international community will accept any more delays from ZANU PF regarding the new charter.
